Hey all,

I'm interested in pursuing my IR soon. I've got a pretty good setup for flight simulator but I want to hear people's thoughts on the best setup for realistic IFR. Right now I'm using PREPAR3D with A2A C172 and PilotEdge. I'm wondering if:

1. There are better options (e.g., X-Plane + a custom 172)? I've heard X-Plane has more accurate flight dynamics.

2. Are there scenario simulators that I could use to setup practice more easily?

3. I found a cheap iPad app that simulates a radio stack but any recommendations for a reasonably priced physical radio stack would be appreciated!
